Process: The 150-0mm raw coal is classified by 8 (13) mm, and the 150-8 (13) mm blocks of raw coal enter the heavy medium sorting system. The 8-0mm fine raw coal is not washed and mixed with coal products. The coarse coal slurry is dehydrated and recovered using an efficient thickener, a coarse arc screen, and a screen settling centrifuge. The fine coal slurry is extracted using a super thickener and pressure filtration for dehydration and recovery.
